ABOUT US
Fraud, ethics, insecurity, and crisis are terms we encounter more frequently than ever. Both individuals and organizations experience the impact of these issues in daily life. Anyone can become a victim of fraud or violence, or be confronted with an ethical dilemma. At the same time, organizations face the risk that business processes may be disrupted by incidents that were never anticipated.
Thorough preparation significantly reduces the risk of financial — and even more importantly — emotional damage. By investing in risk assessments, the development of targeted policies, and consistent adherence to these measures, organizations can prevent incidents that may have a devastating impact on business continuity. In many sectors, this approach is also required by external regulators, who increasingly enforce stricter supervision and impose heavier penalties for non‑compliance.
Despite this, many organizations are unsure how to protect themselves effectively. Staff responsible for these areas often lack the necessary training or simply do not have the time to address these issues properly. As a result, companies may be insufficiently prepared and fail to meet regulatory expectations. Our experience shows that organizations struggle with these challenges — they prefer practical, efficient solutions rather than overly complex approaches.
We support private individuals, companies, and other organizations in addressing these risks. With our extensive experience, we work alongside you to develop practical, effective, and future‑proof solutions.
ROLAM Consultancy sets high standards for its own business continuity. To ensure consistent quality, we collaborate with trusted professionals who can provide support when needed. This guarantees the reliability and excellence of the services we deliver.
